Panel to big on a high resolution screen (can't see the whole panel)

This issue is related to Windows settings. We found an official thread from Adobe:

https://community.adobe.com/t5/photoshop-ecosystem-bugs/p-legacy-cep-panels-plug-ins-scaled-too-large-cut-off/idi-p/12664434

What is says is:

  1. Right click on the Photoshop (number of the version) executable
  2. Select properties.
  3. Select compatibility tab.
  4. Click on "Change settings to all users"

Last step:
In the menu at the bottom of the new tab, check "Override high DPI scaling behavior.

This should solve the issue some users can experience. If needed, see also this video which explains a similar approach: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TyYqXGt_6k4
