The latest UXP technology is available only for the latest versions of Adobe applications. You may need to download the latest version of Photoshop or the app you are trying to install our plugin to. Go to your Creative Cloud application, update it if needed and download the latest version of PS. Keep in mind that the UXP plugin is available for Photoshop 23.3 and above.
Please note that Photoshop Beta is not considered an official release and may be subject to bugs and errors since it's a beta version. Install the panel only of official releases and not on Beta versions.
