UXP plugin Installing error (Error code-10)
While trying to install the UXP version of our plugin. Some users can get the error code-10 in the Creative Cloud App.
This error is not related to the UXP file but to your system.
While Adobe suggest to restart the Creative Cloud application and update it if needed, some users solved the issue pausing their antivirus application. The specific issue was solved on Win 11 and Antivirus called MS Defender.
One of our users, Alan, had the same issue and this is how he solved the problem:"I have managed to get the plugin installed after a couple of attempts. In case someone else has a similar problem. Then something dawned on me, when I purchase any assets, I always store the originals on an external drive. I copied the files to the computer hard drive and ran the installation again; which worked."
Solution: If you saved our files to an external hard drive which can be also DropBox or an external SSD disk, please paste the files on your desktop (main drive). Creative Cloud application does not allows to install plugins from external hard drive!
This issue is not related to our product but there is an issue with your Creative Cloud Application and/or how your Win Antivirus is interacting with it.
