My email address is not being recognised?

In most cases you are just typing your email wrong. Be sure to not use any white spaces before and after the email.


Another common issue is that you are trying to reset your password, instead of creating a new account.
In order to access the customer area you need first create your account. 


Use the "Register New Account" form and not the Login form.


All users need to create first a new account using the same email with which you made the purchase.

When you purchased our products, even if we have your record on the system, we have not created your personal account. Now you can create it and than you will be able to access the user area.

The message you see means that there is not such an email in the Personal User Area.

Please go to https://pixelexpand.com/order-history/ and use the form in the right side (if you are on desktop) named Register New Account.
