If you have upgraded your Photoshop to the version 25.12 recently, this is triggering the error which is related to a wrong installations by Adobe side.

This is how to solve it:

  1. Launch the Creative Cloud app and navigate to the "Apps" tab to locate Photoshop.

  2. In the Photoshop section, click on the "More actions" menu.

  3. From the menu that appears, choose the "Uninstall" option.
  4. A confirmation window will appear, asking if you wish to retain your current settings and plugins. Click "Keep."
  5. Once the uninstallation is complete, you’ll notice that the button in the Photoshop section has changed from "Open" to "Install." Simply click on it to begin a fresh installation.
  6. You can now restart Photoshop in Rosetta mode by either selecting the "Open with Rosetta" option from the "More actions" menu or following the same steps you used initially (if you need a refresher, you can find the instructions here).
  7. Your extensions should now function without any issues.
